This Aerial Yoga class is specifically dedicated to stretching your body and decompressing the nervous system with the use of the silks. The silks are set low to the ground. There are no full hanging up side down postures, though we will play with some supportive inversions. Learn to use the silk for deeper stretching and support. This is an amazing class for sore bodies and getting open and relaxed. Also a great way for first timers to Aerial Yoga to get comfortable with the silk before trying some of our other aerial classes:)
Note: This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
