Are you ready to fly? Aerial Yoga combines the physical practice of yoga, while being suspended in a hammock in the air. You will find more freedom in your body, and be able to go deeper into poses. Your practice will strengthen your entire body, while increasing your flexibility. We will also hit some fun poses!! This class is suitable for beginners and moderately experienced Aerial Yogis.
Note: This class requires basic mobility and moderate strength.
